General Shipping Info
Processing time:
We typically ship within 1-3 business days. During busy seasons, it may take up to 5 business days to ship your order.
Tracking:
Orders under £100 are not sent with tracked shipping as standard, but can be upgraded at the checkout if required. Orders over £100 will qualify for tracked shipping as standard.
International Shipping
Customs and import taxes:
The ship-to recipient are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note that we are unable to provide the exact amount of taxes that may be due on delivery. International orders may also be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
United Kingdom
All domestic orders qualify for free shipping and are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. If you would like to upgrade to tracked shipping, please choose this option at the checkout for an extra fee.

Europe
All orders qualify for a low flat fee shipping cost of £4 and are sent via Royal Mail Standard Airmail. If you would like to upgrade to tracked shipping, please choose this option at the checkout for an extra fee.
Estimated delivery time from shipping: 3-7 business days.
United States of America
All orders above the quantity of 5 books qualify for free shipping and are sent via Royal Mail Standard Airmail. Shipping for lower quantities is calculated at checkout. If you would like to upgrade to tracked shipping, please choose this option at the checkout for an extra fee.
Estimated delivery time from shipping: 5-15 business days.
Australia & Rest of World
All orders above the quantity of 3 books qualify for £15 flat rate shipping and are sent via Royal Mail Standard Airmail. Shipping for lower quantities is calculated at checkout. If you would like to upgrade to tracked shipping, please choose this option at the checkout for an extra fee.
Estimated delivery time from shipping: 5-20 business days.
Returns
Returns Policy
We do all that we can to make sure that you are happy with the order you receive and hope that you can see the love and attention given to every order. However, if you do need to return your order for some reason, please send an email to hello@keeptake.co.uk within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to help. Please note that refunds will only be given if the item is returned in its original condition, and we are not able to cover the cost of mailing the item back to us. Once we have received your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations
We can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Just send an email with your order details to hello@keeptake.co.uk to do so. Unfortunately we are not able to cancel your order once it has been shipped, so please send your email as soon as possible—we like to send orders out to you quickly.
